This villa, situated in Serrungarina, enjoys a breathtaking view that sweeps from the Adriatic Sea to the Apennines. Surrounded by tranquility and by the green hills of the Marche region, from the villa you can easily reach many historic centers of the hinterland such as Mondavio and Urbino, and many seaside resorts such as Fano, Pesaro and Senigallia.
Recently renovated, this villa is furnished with typical style of the Marche region. The details are those of the old country houses, with brick veneer, wood beam ceilings and terracotta floors.
Outside the villa, there is a porch, connected to the kitchen, equipped with table, chairs and a wood stove, where you can comfortably eat enjoying the coolness or just relax. The porch overlooks the garden, the pool and the surrounding hills.The property includes a beautiful garden with flowers, plants and a vegetable garden. Villa Panorama is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area with fireplace and large dining table, kitchen and bathroom-laundry room; from the kitchen you can access the porch with wood stove and a table for outdoor dining. A few meters away is the garden where guests can gather vegetables.
On the first floor there are:
- four bedrooms with a double bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a bathroom with bathtub.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; firewood for fireplace and wood oven (kg.100) € 30,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
