You will find the secluded and charming House "Mina", a two-story vacation rental nestled in the district of Laghetto, just 3 km from the heart of Colico. This private property offers a well-kept garden (fenced) and a seasonal above-ground swimming pool (2 x 3 m, depth 70 cm) available from June 1 to September 30. With amenities like Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Yard, you can enjoy a comfortable and connected stay.

The property boasts a lovely well-kept garden spanning 300 m2, offering a tranquil outdoor space for you to relax and unwind. Additionally, it features a seasonal above-ground swimming pool (2 x 3 m, depth 70 cm) available from June 1 to September 30, perfect for refreshing dips on warm summer days.

On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, along with an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, and electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom and another room with two beds, both with sloping ceilings, as well as a separate toilet.

The house comes fully furnished and includes amenities such as a gas heating system, a garden area, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Additionally, it offers a washing machine, a high chair for children, and a baby cot suitable for infants up to two years old.
