### The Arthouse Freycinet

The Arthouse Freycient, is literally a stone’s throw from the waters edge of Coles Bay. The property is located in the most idyllic spot imaginable right in the corner of Richardsons Beach, only a two minute’s walk from your doorstep. The Arthouse has uninterrupted views of the water and surrounding Hazard Mountains. Within only two minute’s walk to restaurants and cafes and only 10 minute drive to the Freycinet National Park. This property is perfect for that memorable waterfront getaway.  
  
As you enter The Art House you will be blown away by the sheer proximity of the waters edge. The Art house enjoys complete waterfrontage with a large deck to soak up the view of Great Oyster Bay and the famous Hazard Mountains. The property has three large bedrooms and four beds. The master bedroom has a large ensuite and there is also a large second bathroom. The property can cater up to six guests comfortably making it ideal for those romantic getaways or for extended friends and family.  
  
The lounge room is spacious and has a very cosy and warm artistic vibe with large comfy couches and lounge chairs that face the gorgeous fire place for those chilly winter nights. The lounge room flows into the large open plan living and kitchen space where you will find everything necessary to entertain in the kitchen with the regions famous produce.   
  
There are two large doors that open from the lounge room taking you out onto the large deck where you have complete privacy to enjoy a slow afternoon or evening overlooking the bay and mountains.   
  
Another fantastic feature of this property is the fully enclosed BBQ entertaining area located out the back of the house. There is a BBQ and large table to enjoy a sheltered and warm cosy evening.  
  
The Arthouse has access to both the front and rear of the property. The top of the property has three car spaces that are private. The rear access has a footpath which joins up to a gorgeous two-minute walk to the idyllic corner of Richards Beach, where you will quite often have it to yourselves.   
  
For the most perfect water front getaway The Arthouse will certainly impress.   
After enjoying those daily walks and or swims you can return to your private home away from home to enjoy the warm fire whilst looking toward the uninterrupted water and mountain views.
