The unit has been recently renovated and has a very modern look and feel to it.The living space is open concept and comprises the living room kitchen and dining nook.The kitchen has all you need to prepare at home meals and is seperated from the living room by a large bar. The unit is also located on the third floor and please be advised that the buildings on the complex do not have a elevator. The unit is situated in a gated complex, on the banks of the Lagoon, in Cole Bay. There is 24 hour onsite security cameras for safety. The complex is also gated and has onsite parking withing the complex walls. Conveinently located and secure this unit is perfect for a single person or couple.Cole Bay is centrally located being in close proximity to Simpson Bay . There you will find beaches, shopping, gyms, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, medical practitioners, pharmacies, night life, casinos and so much more.
