Le matelas n’était pas confortable. On entendait les clients de la chambre au-dessus se déplacer (grincements). Pas d’isolation phonique (bruits de la rue). I was travelling as a solo female so it was a little intimidating to have the entrance door blocked by a man smoking on a couple of occasions. Perhaps a designated smoking area would have been good. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom cupboard sized but clean. Furnishings very dated. The bulbs were too dim in the room and bathroom, impossible to out make up on properly and the full length mirror was hung over the dressing table so you couldn't see your bottom half! This room was definitely decorated by men! Although described as 24hr reception, I left at 7am and there was no-one to leave my key pass with, hopefully someone found it in the foyer! I woukd probably not stay again but that was more about me feeling vulnerable on my own. The building felt secure, and the room was decent size. The mattress was way too soft and bouncy for us, which resulted in not a great night sleep, and some of the pillows felt very hard, almost like sleeping on rocks. We quite liked the bathroom even though it was a bit claustrophobic, though it could have benefited from a lower step - even my partner struggled a bit, and he hasn't got mobility issues.
