« No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

« Personnel adorable, ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible avec chaleur et sourire permanent. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont très agréables et modernes (comme la salle de bain) et la vue sur les glaciers est top! Un chauffage est donné sur demande mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car il fait bon dans la chambre.Bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à quelques minutes de la place centrale. « Pessima experiência. Se quiser chegar de uma trilha ou passeio e tomar um banho gelado tudo bem. Porque o chuveiro não esquenta o quarto é velho e não é limpo. Nada funciona, além disso o café da manhã é as 7 sendo que todos os passeios saem às até as 6 »

"Personnel adorable, ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible avec chaleur et sourire permanent. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont très agréables et modernes (comme la salle de bain) et la vue sur les glaciers est top! Un chauffage est donné sur demande mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car il fait bon dans la chambre.Bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à quelques minutes de la place centrale. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Nous recommandons ! Il aurait été bien qu'une bouilloire et un petit frigo soient présents dans la chambre par rapport au standing de l'hôtel."
