Church View (UKC5700) is a fully accessible ground floor property offering a very high standard of finish throughout, everything from the crockery and cutlery to the fixtures and fittings has been selected to offer a feeling of class & quality. The main living area comprises of an open plan layout accommodating the well-appointed kitchen with its impressive range master, breakfast bar and comfy sofa and chair, along with quality dining and cook ware; Denby, Le Crueset; tea and coffee pots, microwave, juicer and much more. There is a separate dining area in the orangery which offers great views of the garden. The bathroom is a large wet room, and the property is completed with two spacious, double bedrooms. Castle View (UKC5701) also has a great style and quality this impressive property, sleeping eight has a large living room in a contemporary style with a light & airy orangery offering additional seating and inviting you to step through the French doors to explore the wonderful gardens also. Across the hall is a large family dining room which is served by the well-appointed kitchen a little further on. Additionally for ease and convenience there is a downstairs toilet and utility room. Moving upstairs you will find four excellent sized double bedrooms, all benefiting from en-suite facilities.  
  
The Islands ancient capital, Castletown is located within easy reach of these properties and offers an excellent selection of independent shops, bars and eateries. Visit Castle Rushen, one of the best-preserved medieval castles in the world, and read stories about the Lords of Mann who once lived there as well as the diverse and fascinating history of this market town. The harbour is the site of the world-famous Tin Bath Races as well as the old brewery and large fishing vessels from its days as a thriving fishing port. There are also several curious attractions, including the Nautical Museum, Old House of Keys, and Hango Hill, which was an old execution site and now provides stunning views of Castletown Bay and Langness Lighthouse. Church view and Castle View are an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island and with everything from water sports to walking tours, bowling to basking sharks, from shooting to spa days – come rain or shine you will never run out of things to do.
