Located in the quiet neighbourhood at the seafront of Lungomare Europa, the apartment is a 9-minute walk from the shore. A one-bedroom apartment for 2, it is situated on the second floor with a private balcony, accessible from the bedroom and the dining area.   
  
The open-plan kitchen and dining area are arranged with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table set. The bright space is illuminated with the windows, also offering pleasing mountain and sea views. With amenities like a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge with a freezer, you have the convenience of self-catering.   
  
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a balcony.  
  
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, a WC, and a bidet.

Location  
Known for its seafront and for being the birthplace of Christopher Columbus, the municipality of Cogoleto is the last in the province of Genoa on the Riviera di Ponente. Much loved in summer but also a destination to visit in winter, the Ligurian town lives above all from tourism, thanks to its 3 kilometres of equipped beach. An ideal place to stay close to the beaches, guests can relax and sunbathe at Bagni Mauro and Stone Beach, a 9-minute walk from the apartment. The famous Lungomare Europa trail is a wonderful hiking option along the beach and can be explored on foot or even on a cycle, with the rental services in the same proximity. For your convenience, there are several beachside pizzerias, other restaurants, and supermarkets at a 10-12-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.  
  
With the town\\'s rich history, guests can visit the Town Hall, Fornace Bianchi- a local history museum, and the Parish of Santa Maria Maggiore at a 5-minute drive. Otherwise, if you want to indulge in sports activities, a Rugby Field, a Soccer Field, a beachside Volleyball Court, a skateboard park and a sports complex are all within a 5-minute driving radius.  
  
Transport includes a bus stop for transits at a 5-minute walk and the closest airport is Genova International Airport, just 25 minutes from the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist besonders hinsichtlich der Ausstattung der Küche mangelhaft. Es gibt keine Kaffemaschine, keine Kanne, keinen Handfilter, keine Pfanne, keine Kochmesser. Die Küche ist unzureichend beleuchtet. Wer hier selbst Kochen will, wird sicher nicht glücklich. Die Dusche ist extrem klein. 50 m von der Wohnung ist eine strak befahrene Bahnlinie, ich konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen. Die Agentur hat mir vor meine Anreise den falschen Code für den Schlüsseltresor mitgeteilt! Während der Anreise erhalte ich eine SMS, dass man mir die Check-In-Informationen per Whatapp mitteilen möchte. Ich habe kein Whatsapp. So etwas müsste zwingend vor der Anreise mitgeteilt werden. Ich erwarte ohnehin, dasss man mir die kompletten Inforamtionen zum check-In mitteilt, bevor ich losfahre.
