With all their hearts, they renovated their 125 m² barn, in a "Green and Steel" style, into a private loft with a cozy and refined decor. The Provençal garden inspires serenity, its decor enhanced by glass and steel sculptures, the fish pond, the private heated swimming pool (May to September) with counter-current system (6 x 2.50 m), a beautiful spa for 6 people, a true relaxation space. On the ground floor: you will be surprised by the ambiance and attention to detail. The open-plan kitchen is integrated into the spacious and comfortable living and dining area, equipped with high-tech appliances. And for enthusiasts, a pool table. The high ceilings have been preserved in the mezzanine, and musical instruments are displayed as decoration. The bathroom (with separate toilet) has also been tastefully decorated, featuring a walk-in shower and a designer sink by DESIGN BY MITCH. Upstairs, take the contemporary staircase with its stylish handrail. The walkway leads to the two bedrooms. Depending on the season, you can enjoy two terraces overlooking a meadow with views of the Chaîne des Puys mountain range. Ayurvedic massage and wellness treatments are available upon request from the owner. Enjoy the electric griddle on sunny days. The 18-hole golf course, a restaurant, and hiking trails in the Montpensier Forest are all within 300 meters. All shops and services are within 1 km: grocery store, post office, physiotherapists, and hairdresser. The motorway is 3 km away. C’est un très beau gîte, l’ensemble des prestations annoncées sont présentes, aucune faute de goût, les matériaux sont superbes, bref, c’est vraiment chouette !! Stéphanie, notre gîte, a été très accueillante, réactive et bienveillant, au petit soin pour nous et son gîte .. merci ! ##### Etienne O. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Jeroen V. 21 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Onze gastvrouw, Stephanie was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het huis is klein, maar comfortabel ingericht met veel kunst en modieuze voorwerpen.De keuken was karig ingericht, glazen voor wijn waren uiteraard aanwezig, maar glazen voor water of fris ontbraken. Kookgerei was pover (er ontbrak bijvoorbeeld een grote of een hapjespan), maar er stonden diverse apparaten, die goed werkten en schoon waren.De badkamer had een ruime douche met doorloop naar de tuin.De tuin zelf was mooi aangelegd en had een heerlijk zwembad met twee jetstreams, wat het minder grote oppervlak prima compenseerde. De jacuzzi was geweldig. 's avonds in het donker onder een overkapping lekker bubbelen als het warm was. Aan de andere kant van het huisje was een extra terras met een grote tafel en een loungeset. Hier was het zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds prettig zitten. Met een beetje geluk zagen we dan ook herten langs de boomrand lopen. ##### Jeroen V. Séjour de 14 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Julia H. 21 juill. 2024 #### Tolles Haus mit kleinen Schwachstelle Tolles Haus, allerdings mit folgenden Schwachstellen: - Check-in erst ab 17 Uhr möglich (statt wie angegeben ab 16 Uhr) - Wifi erst ab Tag 2 nutzbar - Plancha zunächst nicht vollständig, daher erst später nutzbar - Ungenügend geputzt in den Ecken und hinter den Schränken (Staub und Spinnenweben!) - Küchenausstattung nicht ganz umfassend (kein großer Kochtopf, keine Wassergläser) - steiler Aufgang zu den Schlafräumen, vor allem mit Kindern gefährlich! ##### Julia H.
