But this last stay we noticed that rooms are very tired & the noise level from other staying guests has become unbearable. So sad as we love ‘Hoey Moey’ for its value for $$, quaintness, location & it’s restaurant/bar especially when there’s live music after a day of driving! We stayed two nights, Run down unit needs a lot of repairs, for what we paid it wasn’t good value at all. We ended up leaving and had a fantastic experience at the big4 at Park beach. The publicans for the pub owned by the accomodation park in the backpacker carparks leaving you know where to park your car and making a lot of noise right outside your door. When I made my reservation, the receipt stated that "don't worry, you will not be charged until check-in", or something to that effect.
