His response time was instantaneous. As far as the rental itself, I would rate a perfect 10 for cleanliness. A perfect 10 for an amazing view. And a perfect 10 for comfort. It was very spacious and the floorplan was perfect for sharing with another couple. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen has everthing one would need for staying in. It was very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, parks, etc. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness, particularly special little touches such as a new, wrapped sponge in the kitchen! Television viewing was a bit tricky, as the remotes (all nicely labeled) were in various places other than where intended. I wouldn't have cared if there were no TVs but not so much with our traveling companions! Bill was a big help with all of my questions! This a a perfect place to stay and the view from our balcony was our favorite. The unit is spacious. We could get to town easily and walk right downstairs for breakfast Lunch dinner or drinks. It had a beautiful view from the main living area, kitchen, primary bedroom and large wraparound deck. The condo was spacious, clean and well decorated! Great location, beautiful river view with huge windows, high-end interior furnishings and appliances, plenty of supplies including laundry.
