The Boat House is a large, stunning lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur d'Alene! Situated in scenic Rockford Bay, this house is over 4000sqft with three levels of wraparound decks, a hot tub, outdoor dining for 12+, 75 ft of private frontage, and private dock with two covered boat slips! With awe inspiring views from every angle, this beautiful home offers convenient access to the town, casino, and Blackrock Marina!

Relax on the overstuffed sectional or enjoy your favorite armchair beverage in the comfortable living space. With tall lofted wood ceilings, there is an airy ambient natural light to relax and brighten your day! On crisp fall evenings, cuddle up next to a fire in the wood burning stove. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream! The blue and white kitchen has brand new state of the art appliances with ample and convenient storage for all your groceries! There is plenty of prep space on the white quartz countertops for all your dishes! The adjacent picnic style dining table seats 10 and open space is surrounded by large windows so you can take in the beautiful lake and rolling mountains. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with fun details sure to please all ages and did we mention there are so many beds?? You can comfortably fit the whole family on this lake trip!  
  
At the end of the day cozy up for a movie in the movie theater with plush row seating, popcorn machine, Dolby surround sound, and 85" NeoLED screen. In the game room, you can watch the game on the TV, hang out with your friends on the couch, play a multitude of games, browse the library for a new book, or enjoy some friendly competition as you challenge your friends and family to a game of pool!  
  
Need to do laundry? No problem! This house has two sets of washers and dryers for everyone to clean up after a long day out on the lake and full laundry room with space to fold, iron, and organize!  
  
The Boat House is a prime waterfront escape with fantastic outdoor living options! Right outside, steps lead to a private dock with covered boat slips for swimming, fishing, boating, and so much more! At the end of each day of fun in the sun, three levels of wrap around decks offer unparalleled waterfront relaxation and breathtaking sunset views. The top deck offers a grill, lounge chairs, and full outdoor dining set for 12 or more! The second floor offers a large private deck off a King bedroom with firepit, patio set, and hammock to listen to the water lapping at the shore well into the evening. The bottom deck has a secluded hot tub where you can soak the day away while enjoying the view and listening to the crickets.  
  
House can comfortably accommodate 16 in beds, 20 with trundles. Up to 20 allowed.
