Just steps from Lake Coeur d'Alene, City Park, and lots of dining/shopping, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with Wolf range, ample dining space, and a flowing floorplan that connects right into living room where you'll find a Smart TV and natural gas fireplace. The large Master Suite features a small private balcony, sitting area and TV, plus a jetted tub with separate walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional oversized bedrooms and a shared bathroom off the hallway. The sprawling downstairs is where you'll find the last 2 bedrooms — one of which doubles as a remote office space, along with the third full bath and laundry closet. In addition to its prime location, and ample indoor spaces, this home also has a private yard and patio for outdoor play, dining, and barbecuing. GUEST ACCESS Guests will has access to the entire 3,000 SQFT home and all outdoor spaces on the property. The house was ok, kitchen was good well appointed. Bathroom on main floor small. The shower tiny. Primary suite was big and that bathroom was nice. I guess our main disappointment was the yard… the garden was a mess, weeds, the patio area was dirty… the table and chairs were dirty. The second table was kinda unsafe broken tiles with sharp edges. The downstairs floorplan is open and spacious though the dining table won't hold all the potential guests. The kitchen is well stocked but the ancient Wolf range is quirky (easy to leak a lot of gas before the lighting mechanism kicks in). The bedrooms are comfortable but the bedding needs an upgrade (especially the flat lumpy synthetic pillows) and the stained carpet will need some renovation. Overall this is an affordable stopover in CDA and probably meet your expectations of a 2.5 star hotel. ##### Steve S.
