She did not. Her neighbor and my husbands friend did. Neighbor called her and she felt threatened after he told her he had her back removing the snow but this could be called into the city. After talking to VBRO rep they told me to call her and work it out all previous contact was done through the app which is how VBRO wants contact. The owner Mrs. ABAD SCREAMED at me over and over get out of my house Police are coming Police are coming. I asked her what was wrong and she hung up on me. As an adult I found this very childish. Little did she take into consideration that we had been traveling to get to Idaho since 1am her time. I feel very lucky we did not have to stay there because my husband and 2 girls ages 11 and 14 all fell down her steep steps going to the second floor.
