Just blocks from eateries and bars and walking distance to Sander Beach, a less crowded public access beach. Excellent setting and private back yard oasis, BBQ area. Summertime enjoy the backyard under the pergola while barbecuing with your family! This home is within walking distance to several restaurants or a short bike ride to downtown CDA.
