Cons: Back yard needed mowing, trash left in kitchen, BBQ grill did not work and was very dirty (disappointing as we had planned to use it), and house in general needs some TLC and a good scrubbing on the walls, baseboards, moulding, kitchen floor (especially around appliances), and while lots of closet space there were no hangers. ##### Alana H.
