It is comfortable and close to everything we love to do in CDA. We used the bikes this time around. One is a cruiser and one has gears. Fun to tool around town on them. We did have problems with the tv reception but it may have been loose cables. Ramon was going to look into and fix. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a relaxing stay. ##### Trent M. This property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and amenities.
