As you step inside enjoy the open floor plan with a kitchen that offers ample space for cooking along with upscale appliances like its' Viking Stove. The main floor master bedroom ensures easy accessibility. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. Outside, the fully landscaped backyard is perfect for entertaining. The generously sized detached 2-car garage is ideal with its' easy alley access. (TV/Cable info)- The basic TV cable stations are powered by a small digital antenna located near the TV. If the signal is acting up feel free to move it around to find a better signal. Appliances seemed new and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped. There was a nice back patio with fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable seating. The house is a few blocks from a grocery store and about a mile from many restaurants and shops.
