"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"Lovely new hotel, opened just over a year ago. Well located for access to Wales ICC and surrounding attractions. Room very good, comfy bed, usual tray with tea/coffe and some very nice bara brith biscuits. Breakfast was a buffet, usual English/Welsh breakfast choices, danish pastries/croissants, fruit and cheese/cured meats. Staff friendly. Parking £12 per night which was unexpected, however the free slow EV charger we used overnight made up for it. Would return. "

"The hotel is ideally situated for the Wye Valley with great views. We had a great room which had plenty of space including a sofa, clean, great facilities and well serviced. The breakfast was really good with a great choice and the breakfast staff were really welcoming and friendly. Also the hotel had good quality pub food at a reasonable cost. We look forward to staying again."
