It was only 15 minutes from the beach (side note if you go to Dauphin Island beaches make sure you have very good cellphone service to use the ParkMobile app. They will boot your car) Also the people at Catalina Restaurant are the best if you have a toddler. I was in need of some time to myself and this little place fit the bill. The shed has everything you need right down to complimentary coffee. It was very clean and once you get there you feel miles away from everything and everyone, but you can get to the beach in an easy 15 minute drive. I also really enjoyed watching the Masked Fox Squirrels play right in the yard and walking down to the dock on the property to watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed! ##### Amy B. Victor and Patricia were amazing. The Shed was great! Super clean and had everything we needed. Our kids fished on the dock and we went to the beach on Dauphin Island, which was only 10-15 minutes away. We hope to come back sometime soon! The Shed was great, but the hosts made the experience amazing. They were never intrusive or anything like that, but we knew they were always around if we need anything at all. My oldest son is hard to please but liked staying there. I have rented condos but a lot of time you can hear folks walking and talking as they go to there condo when you are trying to sleep. It’s real cozy. The owner and family are super friendly. The drive to the beach is not long at all. I would highly recommend it to someone who doesn’t want to deal with a bunch of people. ##### Todd D.
