Please note that if the studio is occupied, guests in the main home will share common outdoor spaces with those in the suite. It’s a great option for larger groups seeking extra space!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). #### Family Weekend

House in beautiful location. House and furniture is outdated. Kitchen is not fully stocked. Majority of the Kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty with food. No cutting boards, not a lot of cooking utensils. No starter kitchen supplies like other houses-like coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Plan to bring your own. If you like dark house inside and dark wood floors/walls then you will enjoy. Lots of space in commons areas. Bedrooms large size. Great screened outdoor space. Huge yard with shade. FYI-Owner of the entire house is living in the smaller unit of the property.
