Although we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees out there on those mornings, we were told by locals that they are commonly seen there.The beds and pillows were great, the rooms were spacious, the AC was cold, and the heated pool was used often.The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with paper towels and dish detergent and everything you need. We did pick up and leave some spices there; salt and pepper alone don’t cut it if you want to do some grilling.The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well.We would absolutely stay here again. We saw dolphins and manatees in the Lagoon early morning . Only issue was with the outside screens. Couldn’t enjoy much of outside because of the screens broken and mosquitos getting in. We were very disappointed by the heated pool, the water was mid 70's most of our stay and never got above 80 so we had a lot of brisk swims. However, this was the only downside. The property was very clean, easy walk to the beach, and fishing off the dock was a favorite of our family. We were able to see dolphins and manatees in the river one day and also had lots of dolphins in the ocean on trips to the beach. ##### Micah N.
