The walk to the beach does have busy road to cross. The distance to the beach is nice, but the road made meant no running ahead for the kids. The owners left some homemade salsa for us that we all loved. My friend actually ordered a couple of jars. The house is nice with lots of activities. We had a wonderful time. Only concerns-We were unable to use the lagoon due to difficulties with access and there was no crosswalk from house to beach access so required extra caution to cross several lanes of traffic. Great value. Great location.
