The condo is a quiet corner unit with a big patio. It is located on the ground floor within a few steps of beach access. The open-plan living/dining room has a leather furniture set and a dining table. The full kitchen has a glass-top range, a built-in microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. The unit has a washer and dryer for added convenience. Be in the heart of the activities on Cocoa Beach, with steps to the sandy beach through private gated access and a walkway. Live here and enjoy a few months or a few weeks of an extended vacation. Needs outdoor maintenance on unit. Inside-not clean. ring in toilet among many other things-dust, dirt in corners Now for the worst- Opened a closet and the walls were filled with mold-it was black but not sure black mold. Told owner-owner suggested I washed down the mold with bleach. I said no. Then owner said a cleaning person would come with bleach-I said a mold specialist needed to be sent. Owner said to tape around the door to but to make sure the paint would not come off when tape was removed-seriously? But I used painter tape. Owner offered to move us to a second floor unit-I have mobility issues and cannot manage stairs-there is no elevator in this property. I would have left but, needing a pet friendly rental, I could not find anything available. When checking out still could access drop box. Left key in unit ##### deborah s. Condo was clean, well appointed kitchen with everything you would need. The one issue we had was that the lockbox was so high up we could barely reach it and definitely could not read the numbers to enter the code,luckily there was a young tall gentleman sitting outside who helped us get into the condo(oh by the way neighbors were all nice and very friendly we enjoyed interacting with them at the pool) Would definitely recommend this rental if your looking for sunshine and toes in the sand. ##### Julie G.
