The apartment had a mildew odor and there was dust on all the furniture and kitchen countertops. Laundry was in the apartment but the dryer was a headache because it was ventless and required periodic removal of water extracted from the drying clothes.There was also constant construction noise on our side of the facility for the entire first week of our stay. Our property manager contact was very nice and friendly. Clean and well appointed.Easy beach access with showers on the way in. Roof top deck was great. Close to everything you need. Secondly the staff was incredible we had an issue with the A/C and it was taken care of in a day. Kudos to our rep Zareh. This specific unit had EVERYTHING- the softest towels, soap, laundry in the unit with detergent, beach chairs, sports equipment, puzzles/books for a rainy day, small but fully equipped kitchen.
