If you are looking for the best oceanfront condo for your next Space Coast getaway, this is it. Your family/friends will be in awe of this place. From the unobstructed views from the large wrap-around balcony to 100% renovated interior.   
  
Frankly, we thought we were going to live here - so no expense was spared in the reno - but life got in the way and moving in full time will have to wait. In the meantime, we get to share this property with a select few.

Moving along, if coming with friends or family - pack light as we provide a lot of "stuff". All beach gear AND baby gear!  
  
In fact, it is easiest if we tell you what we don't provide!  
\- Food (except for olive oil, vinegar and spices).  
\- Surfboards (but we do provide Boogies boards, beach chairs and an umbrella)  
  
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a spaarking clean condo with everything you would expect in a high-end vacation rental - complete with beds made, all blankets washed, sturdy and new kitchen ware.  
  
Take advantage of the washer and dryer - so you don't have to pack as many clothes!  
  
We even have you covered if you forget your toothbrush ;-)  
  
Oh, the third bedroom can be configured with either a king bed or two twin xl's. Also, all beds are on mechanical bases - so you can sit up and work on your laptop - or read in comfort, etc...  
  
Lastly, we have two other luxury condos in Cocoa Beach - and two in Breckenridge, CO - so we are pros at providing our guests with the best possible experience. You can see those by googling
