This beautiful and spacious vacation condominium has Downtown Cocoa Beach bars and restaurants in its front yard, and the ocean in its backyard! The kitchen and master bathroom have been recently renovated, and the furniture and floors are all brand new! This space is the perfect escape for any time of the year, and it has passed the City of Cocoa Beach's fire and safety inspection, so safety for adults and children alike won't be a concern!
