Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Swimmingpool und einen überdachten Parkplatz für das Auto. Da Driftwood hauptsächlich von "Bewohnern" bewohnt wird und ein ansprechbarer und hilfsbereiter Manager "vor Ort" lebt, ist es eine ruhige Umgebung und ein guter Kontakt mit den anderen Bewohnern möglich. ##### Dave d. Location was perfect, close to the pier and it faces right out on the beach. Views were expansive! If you feel safer swimming near a lifeguard, they are located just a couple hundred yards south of the complex. The complex is very well kept and clean. Most of the neighbors are owners and very friendly, and the condo was very quiet. Nice furnishing, bed was very comfortable. Coca Beach is a great location, really enjoyed it. Always something going on, we saw 2 Spacex rocket launches during our stay, and you can watch them towing the booster back to Cape Canaveral from the lanai ! Then you can go the port and see the rocket from just a hundred yards away. Make sure you visit the Kennedy Space Center, it's truly remarkable. The pool area with the gas grill and the recreation room with the pool table and ping pong table was an added bonus for us. We loved walking to the Sand Bar for Drinks and Food. It is well furnished. Just bring your toothbrush. The owners do everything possible to make the tenants happy.
