The condo had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 4! The owner was only a quick text away with any questions. The access to the beach was top notch- - so close. The property is well cared for, including the exterior and walk way to the beach. The home is well equipped with beach chairs, towels, etc. We didn’t need anything but ourselves and some groceries!I am a picky renter and read all reviews before settling on a place. I was not disappointed. I also have a super sensitive nose, and was worried about the musty smell someone else mentioned. The homeowner has a dehumidifier you can use during your stay and it worked beautifully. The home is better than described. If we return to Cocoa Beach, I would definitely rent again. Updated, spacious, great location, beach toys, chairs, umbrella provided, short walk to the beach, tons of towels. Has everything you need! It is a nice quiet area. Folks staying in the community are so kind, you are close enough to the pier but far enough away for the beach not to be super busy. Quick 5 minute drive to eats and shops. We would definitely stay again if we travel to coca beach! The pool was clean, just a note it does not stay open until 9, the manager locks it at will, one day 8:30pm, another 7:45pm. ##### Erin S. Condo exceeded my expectation in every way! We had everything we needed, the kitchen is great and well stocked. Condo is steps to the pool and beach.
