This was a transition rental for us while our new home was closing. My wife loved the décor and ambiance. The unit was thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, condiments, etc... The large screened patio has a large table some padded chairs, and a fan. Pretty much anything you would need for the beach is there also. Chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling cooler. Excellent laundry facilities as well. I was working so, enjoyed the easy access to 520 & A1A/528\. The location in Cocoa Beach is ideal. Walking distance to just about everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Host communication and response was excellent. Definitely cares about the property and guests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We really didn't want to leave. My family and I stayed here for 4 days, and couldn’t have been happier. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and everything you would need. With two bedrooms we had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked! Loved having all the beach gear to use as well. It made our family vacation a great one!!
