Luxury awaits you in this totally remodeled 4B/2.5B private home. Located in beautiful South Cocoa Beach, the owners left nothing untouched. Relax on the huge brick patio deck with your favorite beverage while the kids enjoy the game room complete with a flat screen, shuffle board and arcade game with 50 classic arcade games. Fully furnished kitchen for preparing meals in. Spacious master suite offers a king bed, double sinks, walk in shower and a garden tub. Two additional bedrooms plus the bunk bedroom. All within walking distance to the beach (5 minutes)

Team Trip

This place was great and very spacious. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and we weren't on top of each other. The upstairs was awesome for a game room to hangout. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown Cocoa Beach and walking distance to the beach. Overall, awesome place and would recommend for a place to stay.

Fantastic property

Fantastic property for friend group or large family. The kitchen had everything needed. The game room was perfect distraction for hot afternoons. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of linens and pillows were availible. The property was also very well stocked with beach supplies! Would stay again!

Thanksgiving with family

Overall great experience. No issues, everything was as listed. Great layout and location. We really loved the beach chairs, pool towels, and super easy walk to the beach and downtown area. We had a great family Thanksgiving! 7 adults, all family. Would stay here again. Only 2 suggestions would be to provide dish towels in the kitchen (there were none), and more communication with owner (there was no response to a minor question we sent prior to Checkin).

Great place to stay for a long trip

Overall a great experience and place to stay. The only little issue was the house wasnt cleaned when we arrived from the previous renter. Probably just a mixup from the owners, however it was handled quickly and anything else that came up was promptly responded to. I would recommend this house and would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Great stay at the Island Surf Beach House

We stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding in Cocoa Beach and loved the place. There were 4 adults and chose this place since it had 4 separate bedrooms with enough beds and bathrooms for us. We especially loved the game room with the shuffleboard and classic arcade cabinet, which provided entertainment and a little friendly competition for us every night. We had an easy check in experience and got into the place right away, which hasn’t always happened at other vrbos. Would highly recommend, especially for groups that want their own bedrooms and some cheap entertainment.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home that was perfect for our needs. Lots of room. We hit the beach every day. Loved the outdoor hot shower! The game room was awesome. The kitchen was also properly stacked with hardware to cook family meals. Beach location on 3rd street was also perfect, just outside the large groups. Can’t wait to come back.

Great house with all the needed amenities!

The house was exactly as described on the listed. Location was great for us…. Short walk to the beach and downtown activities but far enough away to not hear loud noise all night. House was clean and beds are comfortable. The patio was great to hangout in as it was shaded with fans. The wagon and beach gear in the garage was nice to take on a stroll to the beach. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Cocoa Beach!!

Everything we needed

It was a beautiful home with all the amenities and fun perks we needed for our stay. So much space to enjoy. Very simple check in and out process. A short 3 block walk to the beach for which we used the wonderful beach equipment in the garage. That was totally wonderful!
