Take a break in the brand new backyard oasis featuring a heated salt water pool, tiki hut with dining and outdoor living room areas, pool lounge chairs, and weber grill. There's plenty of room and seating to dine, lounge, and relax in the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, beach wagon). The air conditioned garage game room includes air hockey, ping pong, Tempest (plus a lot of other) arcade games, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs. Security cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. Everything we could possibly need was available at our fingertips. The kids spent most of the time we were at the house in the play room which was a lot of fun for all. It was a short drive to the beach and local restaurants which allowed for more time to make memories! The backyard was currently under construction, but if I make it back down to Cocoa I would love to stay there again to be able to enjoy the pool and tiki hut areas as well. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks!
