We stayed in July 2025 for a baseball tournament. Condo is close to the beach and spacious. The complex had many other families with children staying our week. This condo is outdated; the pictures posted on the listing must be from years ago. The condo could use new paint, new doors, new rug in the living room and new furniture. A wooden block was holding up the couch in the living room and the kitchen toaster caught on fire the first time we used it. The property management team was very responsive. The listing stated that construction was taking place next door from 8am- 5 pm. Construction started as early as 4:30 AM and woke family members staying in the primary bedroom several mornings of our stay. Family in the other bedroom did not hear the early morning construction. The rental team was informed of the early morning construction. The discount offered was not worth the construction headache. Attached photo was taken at 4:27AM.

Family Holiday

Check in was easy and Unit was clean and ready at 3pm! We were a family of 6 and enjoyed the condo and beach . Whenever we had a hiccup, Zareh, our property contact was on top of the issue to ensure it was fixed right away.The girlies had loads of fun in the waves.Only concern we had was the seaweed at the beach , excessive and no sign of it being cleared away!From our condo , We had a front row seat to a Space Launch to take supplies to the Space station, it was amazing!Certainly would book at this condo again.

Awesome Week!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach and the pool was great for late night swimming. Lots of families and kids for my children to hang out with. We will definitely be back! Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Space Coast

Our stay was planned around our grandson and his birthday. The condo was in the perfect location right on the beach and access to the pool was easy. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the Space Coast and to see a launch. Our view from the balcony was perfect.

Great stay!

We visited with extended family, and the unit was my favorite within our group. It was great to be in the same building as everyone else but have our own space for our immediate family. My daughters loved that the second bedroom now has two double beds instead of twin beds! We heard back quickly when we had a question, and the communication about checkin, WiFi, etc was very clear. There is construction nearby, as the new Westin is being built, but it was never loud or disruptive to our trip. We’d definitely stay in this unit again on a trip to Cocoa Beach.

Nice condo and location be aware of construction next door

Had a nice stay at this condo unit at the SandCastles resort which is right on the beach. The unit itself was very nice, clean, kitchen had two coffee pots, very basic kitchen stuff but that’s fine. There was a SpaceX launch one night we were there and we had a great view from the balcony. Only issues… the balcony faces a run down long term stay apartment building and a vacant lot that is being excavated and I would assume something will be built there over the next year so we thought it should have been disclosed, it didn’t wake us up at 6am or anything, but not very tranquil looking out from balcony. The property management company also closed the pool one day since the weather got into the 50’s at night, the pool is heated, and they closed the hot tub which our kids were less than thrilled about. We also had an issue with never receiving the code for the check in and had to call the property company when we landed in Orlando, but they were super responsive and very helpful. Overall, its a nice unit, good location, just be prepared on the construction outside the unit if you have plans on sitting outside.

Beach Front paradise

Nice quiet condo

This property was easy to get and close to every thing you need. The beach is a right there. Pool was well kept. This place has everything you need for beach supplies. You can make meals there. The drive to NASA was easy to get to.
