As advertised this property was right on the beach with great views and access. It was clean.There were a number of issues that were surprising for a rental unit. The ice maker did not work, the slider in the living room was almost impossible to open, the master bath sink was clogged, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, the bed was very squeaky, although it slept 6 there were only two chairs on balcony. For people on vacation, the guests were required to purchase a lot of items for laundry, dish washing, bathing, beyond a day or two. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach not too many people with everything you need around it. Although the unit was clean and much better than actual property ... furniture, appliances, etc were quite dated and worn. The pool was dirty with sand and algae, and the ripped, dirty pool furniture could not be sat on. In summary, our stay was adequate since we got what we paid for. I guess it depends on how picky one is. The total experience was fine and enjoyed by my children who don't demand perfection. I wonder if the owner sees the property often. ##### Cheryl T.
