There is plenty of evertyhing from trash bags to kitchen appliances and board games. Access to the beach is amazing. Everything is beautifully set up. Our family of 14 stayed together to celebrate our mom's 70th birthday. We were glad to all fit in one space together and not have to book separate accommodations. The loft space trundle is in a common area and the bunk room trundle is through a door and a tight squeeze if adults will be in that room - best suited for kids/teens. The outdoor area and proximity to the beach was a highlight of this listing. The view from the upstairs master balcony is beautiful. The location cannot be beat. The open concept living room, kitchen and dining room made having family meals a breeze and was a nice place for everyone to gather and catch up. Publix was only 7 minutes away which was a plus for grocery runs, and there was also several restaurants nearby to grab takeout. Would gladly stay here again! ##### Ann H. The shared indoor living space is spacious and wonderful for a group gathering. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and amazing. The beach is gorgeous and viewable from the living room. We really appreciated that the owners came out Saturday morning to put up the tiki bar tv that was taken down for the hurricane as we wanted to watch college football out there. If you want 100% privacy this isn’t the place. The property has a few cameras with sound capabilities. Loved this property, the location was probably my favorite. Close to the beach with a nice outdoor area and the outdoor shower was a savior with kids. Driveway was large enough for two SUV’s. The home was mostly quiet and had a nice layout with plenty of space. Master bedroom with balcony was perfect and master bath was huge.
