Enjoy views of the ocean and rocket launches from the upstairs balcony. Feel the sea breeze from the screened in Florida room with new, upscale patio furniture. Large carport and circular driveway will accommodate 6 cars. Walk on the beach about 1/2 a mile to the infamous Cocoa Beach Pier! Restaurants, shops and a cool beach vibe! So many restaurants to choose from. Smart/Roku TV's in all bedrooms, family room & game room. The space bedroom was a cosmos ceiling you won't believe, turn on the star light and night for more coolness or go star gazing with the telescope. This room is a twin over queen bunk bed. Surf room with local surf art from the community. Door to upstairs patio in this room and the primary bedroom. The surf room has a queen over full trundle bed. The primary room is simply elegant and oh that King size bed is so amazing and comfy. You will sleep so well and can hear the waves crash at night. We watched Artemis I launch from the upstairs patio, wow! Great location, fifteen minutes to Kennedy Space Center, 40 minutes from Orlando airport, 45 minutes to Disney attractions. A great place to chill after exploring this amazing little slice of the earth. Rent boats or jet skis, charter fishing is a great day, take surf lessons or grab the gear from the house and enjoy the sunrises and sets, its gorgeous! We hope you enjoy this inviting 3 bedroom, 1 additional full pull out sofa, 3 bathroom home. Rest, relax, maybe do a little work, either way, you will be recharged after your stay. It's hard to believe but it's even better than the pics. The exterior is bright & cheery. The interior is beautifully decorated, spotless, spacious & comfy. We were a full house ... me & hubby, our 3 sons & DILs and one infant. We've rented many Vrbo's but never one so well stocked, and not just with the basics that one would expect. We never ran out cups, plates or utensils. There was a full set of spices, enough K cups for our entire stay, creamer, sugars. We were gifted with a snack tower. The bathrooms had EVERY toiletry you could need, even razors, toothbrushes, shaving cream, Q-tips and more. We use a LOT of towels between showering & water activities. Never ran out. I should mention that all of the amenities I'm mentioning were not your usual second hand, well used mismatched items but EVERYTHING was in fabulous condition. Plenty of paper products. The beds were super comfy, good pillows. The hosts provided a room divider for the downstairs guests when I mentioned my concern about no door for that couple. The communication was complete & timely. I know this is a long review but even so, it would take me a lot longer to do justice to our experience. The pool was SO much fun! Tons of games. We are Florida residents & we live close to the beach. We were having so much fun with the pool, we never made it to the beach except to watch a sunrise & a storm but there was every beach need you could imagine. We'll be back! ##### Emily O. Our family stayed with my sister’s family for 3 nights of our spring break. This house was awesome!Only a few minutes walk to the beach. They have a wagon with chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. This area of the beach was quiet, clean, and wonderful. The house is very clean and in great condition. The backyard and pool were the perfect way to spend the afternoon/evening. There are restaurants within walking distance. We loved everything about this place and wouldHighly recommend! ##### Ashley B. The colorful and playful home was well thought out. We really appreciated the safety of the pool with the safety panels. A very short walk to the beach. Located close to restaurants, shops and kid activities. The only negative is we didn’t stay long enough! Don’t hesitate to stay here, so much fun… ##### Kristin M.
