Unit 312 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! AVA Cocoa Beach is closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels. Less than 200 feet to beach access!!! This one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental property offering beautiful, modern, coastal, resort-style apartments next to the beach. Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier; Turn left - rockets and cruise ships! We have over 2,000, 5-STAR reviews at this quaint 10 unit property. Beach gear provided! Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings. A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach. An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is given, so you can start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit. This one bedroom apartment at AVA Cocoa Beach features a queen bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a futon sofa. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Quartz countertops, original, local art work, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful tile flooring. There is patio out front and a beautiful deck out back with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and outdoor showers. We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and the most comfortable Stearns & Foster Luxury mattress. We also provide cable TV and high speed internet. We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax. You only need to bring minimal items to enjoy your beach vacation, because we ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We are also within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining! Note: Security cameras onsite A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. I was a little concerned when booking the unit about it's proximity to the beach. I worried for nothing. You cross a quiet street (not a busy road or highway like many other places), stroll down the boardwalk and you are at the beach! This beach is beautiful. It was not crowded or loud. When it comes to the unit we stayed in, it also was beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well cared for. The owners provided a beach bag and towels, one less thing I had to pack. My husband and I have gone on our share of beach vacations and the downfall every time has been that we had to purchase beach chairs and coolers and leave them behind when it was time to fly home. One of my ABSOLUTE favorite aspects of this property is that they have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons available for FREE for their occupants to use. Clean, comfortable with everything you needed. Grounds were nice and kept up. Great beach items and chairs to hang at beach and watch space x launch. Clean with all the mod cons & everything on hand if needed such as a laundry & beach equipment. We had an electrical problem while staying on our first night & the owner responded very quickly & organised an electrician to fix the problem, even though it was NYE. We would be more than happy to return in the future. I do need to point out that the property is quite small - some may find this an issue, even though we did not. It’s a beach property and once you come from the ocean, you need a shower. Bad plumbing needs to be updated if this is a problem. They also said we ruined their white towels with the sand, but white towels can be bleached so I am not sure why they decided to be so nitpicky. For this reason, I would not stay again. Property is beautifully done well located though. So if you choose this just be sure to keep these things in mind. ##### Nicie M.
