This DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. There was an issue with the dryer, but knowing that we were heavily relying on the use of the amenity to wash/dry our clothes on a long trip, the owner was able to resolve the issue before we even arrived!
