Located just across the street from Orlando's closest beach and minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends or families who want to splash in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach and professionally managed by Beachside Vacation Rentals, we are here to are here to maximize your travel experience! The Space: Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit F includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, tasteful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a large and comfy sectional couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV. The inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar providing seating for four. This unit is an ideal escape and landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The Neighborhood: 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance. Property manager completely misrepresented the actual listing. Second bedroom has a door leading to an exterior hallway with a lock smashed off. Immediately notified property manager who was abrasive and mocked our safety concern considering it was two women and three young children. I have pictures documenting this horrific property and had to leave 30 minutes after arriving and forced to find a safe location to stay. I have rented on VRBO many times and never experienced such a lack of regard for safety and lack of maintenance of a property. ##### Melinda S. A fantastic property, literally steps from the beach as promised, in excellent condition with new/nearly so furnishings. Spacious, meticulously appointed with everything we could possibly have needed. We traveled with our dog and were thrilled to discover the nearby beach access is the northern end of a 12-block dog friendly beach. All was as listed on VRBO or better. Check in and check out with Stuart was painless and he was readily accessible to address questions and requests, unlike many other VRBO interactions we've had.
