Located just across the street from Orlando's nearest beach and minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends or families who want to splash in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. The Space: Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Unit needs some TLC. Curtains wouldn’t close. Could you towel rack. Little things missing. Hair dryer that didn’t work. Biggest issue is the walls are very thin. This unit is on the bottom level. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived, and the modern decor was beautiful. The hosts did an excellent job equipping the unit with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and they contacted us several times to verify that we were comfortable. It was a short walk across the road to access the beach, which was very quiet, open and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at The 400 South and plan to return next year.
