It is a short walk to the beach, walking distance to The Pier and a short drive to the port! Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood with many restaurants, activities and shopping nearby. Our bright and airy home is ideal for couples, families and friend groups. It has been thoughtfully equipped so you’ll find you have everything you need. We look forward to hosting your next stay on the space coast! It provides ample shade under the pergola during the morning and afternoon sun. Enjoy your coffee or a book in the ultra comfy outdoor seating. Our home is one level with no stairs which provides easy access for children and elderly. \*\*\*Important Note: We keep the thermostat locked at a cool 74 degrees. This is to prevent the AC unit from freezing over and causing a disruption in your trip. You can request to have the thermostat unlocked but may be responsible for any service issues related to the unit freezing up. This home is a duplex. The entire left side of the home will be yours for the duration of your stay. There is a large concrete driveway leading up to the garage with parking for three vehicles. BY BOOKING YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT: \- Routine Lawn Maintenance and Care \- Honor all Rules \-If using outdoor cushions and amenities we ask that you to cover furniture with the covers provided each night and clean out the grill and fire pit after each use. The guest will be responsible for replacement of any items damaged during their stay due to negligence. Guest access: \-Guests have access to the entire left side of the home including the private garage for laundry & equipment storage. \-There is a gas grill on site, propane is INCLUDED. Other things to note: Maximum 4 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 4 small kids in total. Have two families or a big group looking to stay together? Both sides of the duplex are available to book together and have a 10 ft gate that can join the backyard spaces together. Please message us directly for help booking the entire place. We stayed here for two nights before heading on a cruise. I have two kids (5 and almost 2). There was a pack and play already set up for us when we arrived and a highchair available. My older one was happy to have a big bed all to herself. The home was very neat and organized. It was easy to find things in the kitchen. We made almost all of our meals there. The beach was a very short walk away. We loaded up the beach wagon that was in the garage with sand toys, beach chairs, and snacks and spent several hours on the beach. The girls loved finding sea shells and playing in the sand. Amanda kindly messaged us about launches that were happening that we could watch from the property or the beach. She was also able to accommodate a last-minute request of which I was very appreciative. I would definitely book another beach vacation here! ##### Vijeta P. All pictures are up to date so you'll get what you see and then some!!! Owner not only encourages you to make yourselves at home with everything you need like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, full clean kitchen and ANYTHING you need for the beach from towels, chairs, toys, sunscreen and a awesome wagon to transport it in, but all the extra little things. She had special black washrags for makeup removal and ponytail holders!!! Seriously how amazing it that. Like they have thought of it all. Even had super soft huge blankets to snuggle with in the living room with beach theme prints. How adorable. The outside flower bush is beautiful and I loved to sprayer outside with super cute pink hose to clean off sand before coming in. I'm telling you its all the little extras that just make you feel at home. Great location with easy walk to beach and the beautiful backyard WOW talk about romantic nights. I absolutely plan to rent this property again next time my family and I are in Florida. Owner even reached out to me while I was there to let me know the day and time of a space launching which was so cool to see in person. This fit my family of 4, 14 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter and wife just fine for the amount of time we actually at residence. Just a hope and a skip to the beach to get that quick dip or hrs stay and had all the necessary equipment for the beach walk, inlcuding 2 bikes!
