Couldn't have asked for a better stay! From start to finish they made this birthday trip amazing for my first time in CR. Communication was prompt and clear, they coordinated my airport transfers and I had no issue getting to or from the hotel. They even allowed me to check in a bit earlier knowing how long the ride from San Jose to Puerto Viejo was. Raymundo, Oscar, Janny(sp) and the whole team were wonderful. From the birthday drink, recommendations, and excursions. I felt safe at all times, everyone was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Location is very walkable with no safety issues. I look forward to booking again in the future.
