Our home is a safe place for guests from all minority & marginalized groups. \- Guest will have access to entire cabin and backyard during their stay. \- Couple of cabinets are locked for cleaner\`s use only and not accessible to guests. We are just a message away for anything guests need during their stay. Located right in the downtown and minutes from beach. Perfect for family, couples and friends stay. Close to all amenities Parking space for up to 2 cars on the driveway. Please refer guest manual on guidance for parking. \- We do not allow Parties/Events at our place. \- Strictly no smoking inside the house \- Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. \*\*\*There will be a $350.00 CAD security deposit. This is not a charge but a temporary hold on your payment method, and it will be released within 5 to 7 days after checkout as long as no damage occurs during the stay. HOUSE RULES: • Below conditions will also be shared in a secure link with guests post booking confirmation to read and agree. • No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit. • Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. • Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation. Some blinds to the windows don’t open as the cord has been removed.Back gate lever could use a handy man’s touch.
