"My family and I enjoyed our extended stay here. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit - great communion and made everything easy for us. The location and view of Coal Harbour Marina were excellent. Building staff was also friendly and the on-site gym and parking were really nice amenities."

"We have stayed at many four star and five star hotels throughout the world. The Loden Hotel should be reclassified from a four-star hotel to a five star hotel. We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."

"We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions. "
