KITCHEN & Living Room: Fully equipped with a keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware for large groups. Extra large island with 4 spacious seating options in addition to the dining room table that seats eight. Sonos speakers in the kitchen-living room open space area. BEDROOMS/BATHS: 7 bedrooms 6 equipped with king beds, 1 with 2 queen beds 3 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries. TV in every bedroom, as well as an Alexa to play music, set an alarm, etc High speed internet throughout the home Dedicated work place (inside Bedroom 1) Two twin air mattresses (and bedding) are available as needed \*Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight OUTDOOR: Large salt water pool with a tanning shelf and an oversized spa. Plenty seating and lounging options, including two 2-person hammocks Fire pit Outdoor 65” TV to watch sports/movies from the pool/spa.
