This villa is located less than 10 mins from most dining & shopping in La Quinta, with plenty of golf courses around, only 15 mins to Indian Wells Tennis gardens, only 5 mins drive to Empire Polo Grounds, about 10-15 mins bike ride, 8 mins to Spotlight & 11 to Fantasy Casinos. Welcome to our Coachella Mountain View Estate where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently build home. KITCHEN/LIVING: The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets such as expresso maker, blenders etc. and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. For those that may want a break from sunbathing, you can enjoy the brand new pergola that offers a relaxing break from the desert sun. The pool and spa are new, plastered with pebble tec, with comfortable new patio furniture and new charcoal BBQ. The oversized spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. As everyone migrates to the yard, you’ll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and comfortable loveseats by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. \*Charcoal grill \*Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. POOL|SPA: Pool: $150/daily fee to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 10-20 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 30 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. Outdoors there is putting green, spikeball, connect 4, corn hole, ping pong (table tennis), plenty of green space for your friends or children to roam around. BEDROOMS/BATHS: The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 4 full bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included. This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. You can tell that everything is new, which was so nice. It truly looks just like the pictures. We were in town for the Sand Storm lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo fields. And it is a short five minute drive there which was perfect. The six bed rooms and four bath rooms are perfectly located so they are easy to split up by rooms so you everyone feels like their have their own space.. The master is great, with it's own seating area, bathroom, large walk in closet, TV and desk. The game room and backyard are awesome. Our teenagers loved having a great space to hangout. So many games to keep everyone busy. The pool and hot tub are great. The house was so nice that the kids didn't want to leave. So we cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and on the great outdoor grill. We loved it and would definitely recommend anyone with larger group looking for your own resort style house to stay at should definitely book and stay here. ##### Pete D.
