Being on the first floor we could hear those on the second all evening and into the late night. The reservation site said breakfast was offered but all that was avaliable were microwaveable burritos that had to be purchased.

The hotel staff, condition of property and stay was totally 5 star. The decor was well done and unique. However , for us, the room was tiny and very dark. At check in we were told this is a minimalist hotel. That meant the refrigerator, coffee maker was community style in hall. For us, we just were uncomfortable. It may not be that way for others. It is a safe secure property
