### The Lookout #108 - Oceanfront, direct beach access, spacious & 3 king beds

Welcome to The Lookout! This is a quintessential Oregon Coast vacation home, perched for perfect views of Tierra Del Mar's pristine stretch of wide-open white sand beach. The beach access is direct and easy off of the lovely, expansive ocean facing deck that wraps around to shelter you from summer winds. This original 70's home has been well cared for by the same family since it was built; and luckily for us, they are ready to share it with guests. There are many recent upgrades and furnishings making this home a great choice for a beach trip. The layout is spacious, with 3 levels including an ocean-view loft bedroom, and a cozy downstairs family room with a wet bar.

The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. This property has exterior surveillance.  
  
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.  
  
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

#### Spectacular View

The view will take your breath away in this gorgeous home. Easy check in and check out and welcoming. Loved the hose by the porch to wash your feet off after a walk on the beach. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Kitchen ample and comfortable couches and chairs with binoculars. Restaurants close by and we enjoyed the spa nearby as well.

#### On the brach

The house was great! Beautiful ocean views and just a short walk from the house to the beach. The only issue we had was only the loft bedroom had a place to hang clothes and a useable dresser. The other 2 bedrooms did not have closets.

We really enjoyed this home, updated appliances, fully stocked with all the needed goods, so well stocked compared to most vacation homes we felt like we were staying with a friend, that’s much nicer than being provided the bare minimum like most places do, Meyers soaps and cleaning products- very impressive!! And your living room and porch feels like you are literally on the beach!! Adorable, comfortable home made it easy to relax!! Thank you!

#### Nice house in a fantastic location

I hesitate to review this beauty because I want to book it again. The layout is classic beach house. It's 3 levels. The downstairs one is where you enter from the east side of the house. The west side slider opens directly to the grass. Maybe 30 feet from the sand and a beautiful ocean. Very quiet.
