Neighborhood: The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sand Lake Recreation Area is 4 miles to the north. About Us: Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. Beautiful interior and one of a kind exterior. Within walking distance to the beach (have to cross the main road then walk to the end of the neighborhood). From there you have access to a non-busy beach spot. Will be talking about this spot for the next couple months. Only thing I would aware other renters at this time is there is a bush/tree that obstructs your view when you’re exiting the property on the left. I believe this could easily be trimmed back to gain more visibility. Overall, wonderful stay and would love to return when time allows! ##### Jaylani C. Conveniently located near the beach and Pacific City, two of our favorite spots on the Oregon coast. The fireplace was a great feature, though it took a little effort to get the fire going; smaller wood works best. There’s no cell service at the house, but the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for calls.
