Nestled on the heights of the village and facing the port, we are ready to bet that you will be seduced by the panorama offered by this sublime 200 m² house. Spacious and bright, it is close to all amenities and activities, making it the ideal place for a family or friends getaway for up to 8 people. You will have a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with an office, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom as well as a large garden with a beautiful wooden terrace to enjoy convivial moments facing the Anse de Doëlan! The house: The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : \- A beautiful and bright living room thanks to the large bay windows, with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, TV, a coffee table, as well as a dining area, a beautiful decorative fireplace, a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. \- A kitchen open to the living room, accessible by 4 steps and with a dining table with 4 seats. It is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. Activities : Although the town centre is inland, its two small ports have made Clohars-Carnoët famous. Le Pouldu, located at the mouth of the Laïta, is surrounded by magnificent fine sandy beaches. At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can easily be explored on foot. For hiking enthusiasts there is the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers many possibilities. The forest of Carnoët and the abbey of Saint-Maurice will seduce lovers of wooded nature.The diversity of landscapes around Clohars is not the only wealth of the region. In the summer, you can take advantage of numerous cultural offers such as the animations proposed by Les sorties de bain, every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, the Rias takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre is in the spotlight and all performances are free! Lorient being 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival finally resounds throughout the region with the sound of bombards and other bagpipes. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’agencement du jardin et les marches qui descendent jusqu’au sentier qui longe l’estuaire et vous emmène au port… Les pièces sont spacieuses et très lumineuses. Le salon et la cuisine sont tres confortables et accueillants. Certes la télévision ne fonctionne toujours pas mais nous ne la regardons guère et la wifi est en route pour les iPad… Quelques petites réparations et rafraîchissements seraient bienvenus mais cela ne nous a pas gâché le charme du lieu… Doëlan est un petit port charmant… ##### Agence C. Eine herrliche Terrasse, auf der man die Seele baumeln lassen konnte. Leider war die sanitäre Ausstattung des Hauses mehr als veraltet. Die Waschbecken waren gesprungen oder hatten Absplitterungen, Das Bidet war undicht, die Siphons verrostet, sodass das Wasser z:T. nicht ablaufen konnte, die Badewannenarmatur hat 24 Stunden pro Tag geleckt. Dieses Geräusch war unerträglich, zumal das Badezimmer mit dem Schlafzimmer verbunden ist und man nachts diesem Geräusch ständig ausgesetzt war. Kurzum es muss unbedingt eine sanitäre Renovierung stattfinden. Eine weiteres Problem, das auftauchte war, dass anscheinend im Rolladenkasten Flugameisen ihr Domizil augeschlagen hatten. Diese suchten uns vorzugsweise am Abend heim. Wir haben an einem Abend mal gezählt, wieviele wir "entsorgt" hatten. Wir kamen auf die Zahl von fast 100\. Und das jeden Abend. Wir mussten dann anschließend die Oberflächen und das Interieur jeden Abend neu reinigen und desinfizieren. Sonst hätten wir nicht gewagt, überhaupt etwas am Tisch zu essen. Auch hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Kurz gesagt, es hätte ein Traumurlaub werden können, wenn diese Problematiken nicht gewesen wären. ##### Birgitta B.
