Combining culture and nature, Clohars-Carnoët has all the ingredients for a successful holiday in Brittany, near Quimperlé! Nestled on the heights of the village and facing the port, we are ready to bet that you will be seduced by the panorama offered by this sublime 200 m² house.  
Spacious and bright, it is close to all amenities and activities, making it the ideal place for a family or friends getaway for up to 8 people.  
You will have a beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with an office, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom as well as a large garden with a beautiful wooden terrace to enjoy convivial moments facing the Anse de Doëlan!  
  
The house:  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
On the ground floor :  
\- A beautiful and bright living room thanks to the large bay windows, with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, TV, a coffee table, as well as a dining area, a beautiful decorative fireplace, a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests.  
\- A kitchen open to the living room, accessible by 4 steps and with a dining table with 4 seats. It is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker.  
  
On the first floor:  
\- A mezzanine with an office area and a corridor leading to :  
\- Bedroom 1: Queen-Size bed, large wardrobes, armchairs, as well as an en-suite bathroom, open to the bedroom with a bathtub, a double washbasin and a toilet.  
\- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, large wardrobes, armchairs and an en-suite shower room, open to the bedroom with a shower, double washbasin and WC.  
\- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, large wardrobes, armchairs and an adjoining shower room, open to the bedroom with a shower, double washbasin and WC.  
\- A WC with a hand basin.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A vast sloping garden, with a south-east exposure, enclosed and flowered of 1500 m² giving directly on the port!  
\- A beautiful raised wooden terrace will allow you to appreciate the panorama! It is equipped with a number of armchairs, a table, outdoor chairs, a barbecue and an awning.  
\- A second terrace, accessible by two steps and with two benches, is accessible from the kitchen.

\- Port of Doëlan located at 1,3 km (17 min on foot).  
\- Kérou beach and Bellangenet beach located at about 6 km (10 min by car).  
\- The Qinquis animal park is 7 km away (11 min by car).  
\- Carnoet forest 9 km away (14 min by car).  
\- Quimperlé is 13 km (17 min drive) away.  
\- Lorient is 27 km (32 min by car) away.  
  
Activities :  
Although the town centre is inland, its two small ports have made Clohars-Carnoët famous. Le Pouldu, located at the mouth of the Laïta, is surrounded by magnificent fine sandy beaches. At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can easily be explored on foot. For hiking enthusiasts there is the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers many possibilities. The forest of Carnoët and the abbey of Saint-Maurice will seduce lovers of wooded nature.The diversity of landscapes around Clohars is not the only wealth of the region. In the summer, you can take advantage of numerous cultural offers such as the animations proposed by Les sorties de bain, every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, the Rias takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre is in the spotlight and all performances are free! Lorient being 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival finally resounds throughout the region with the sound of bombards and other bagpipes.

\- TBK bus network: line 9 towards Guidel and Lorient.  
\- Festel railway station is 17.5 km away (22 min by car) and Lorient railway station is 27 km away (31 min by car).  
\- Lorient airport is 24 km away (28 min by car).

The accommodation is located in an extremely quiet area with a magnificent view of the harbour! You will be only a few minutes away from all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, market.
